The mention of Scream 4 has disappeared on IMDB. Still nothing definite by any other means though.

I was actually told Kaley probably isn't going to be in Scream 4.

An update: Filiming started in late June, I haven't heard of Kaley being on set so looks like she's not going to be in Scream 4.
