GENERAL SETUP OF THE MEMBER OF THE YEAR ELECTION
The Member of the year election is all about picking one winner from all Members of the month winners over the period of one year. Members can not be nominated for this Award, only winners of a Member of the month Award are eligible for competing in the race for the Member of the year Award.
All members eligible for a Member of the year Award are added to a poll. This poll is set up at the end of each year.
Members in the race for the Member of the year Award may not vote for themselves. Members caught voting for themselves are disqualified from the election.
Once a Member of the year is elected the poll closes. The winner of the Member of the year Award receives his/her Award.
