According to Variety a new company will be distributing ABC shows on DVD including 8 Simple Rules. It doesn't specifically say seasons 2 & 3 but since season 1 is already out it seems like seasons 2 & 3 will follow :

Lionsgate Home Entertainment has inked a deal to distribute select ABC Studios titles on DVD.
The pact will kick off with the Oct. 21 release of the first season of Jim Belushi laffer "According to Jim," followed by season one of "Reaper" on Nov. 4. Other ABC Studios titles distributed on disc will include "8 Simple Rules ... for Dating My Teenage Daughter," "Boy Meets World" and "Hope & Faith."

Lionsgate has been active in acquiring distribution rights for homevid product of late. A recent pact with Comcast Entertainment Group, for example, put disc duties for cable series including "Sunset Tan," "Keeping Up With the Kardashians," "Snoop Dogg's Father Hood" and "Kimora: Life in the Fab Lane" in Lionsgate's hands.

The homevideo division also oversees a number of key homegrown Lionsgate TV franchises on disc, including "Weeds" and "Mad Men."

A Disney homevid source said the company's homevideo division is managing a heavy load of more than 40 TV-on-DVD titles, including ABC series "Lost," "Desperate Housewives" and "Ugly Betty," as well as a number of Disney Channel properties.

I would look for season 2 followed by season 3 of 8 Simple Rules on DVD soon.

Honestly, I never thought we would see it. Obviously, the first season never sold that well so Buena Vista (ABC) was not going to release seasons 2 & 3. Thanks to Lionsgate acquiring the rights we should hopefully be seeing it soon.
Pavan at sitcomsonline just confirmed that Lionsgate will be releasing 8 Simple Rules DVD's starting with season 2. No release date yet.

Finally i will be able to get season 2 cause
i already have season 1 dvd set in my bedroom

Glad to here it! I can't understand why season 1 didn't sell so well?
Maybe as reruns are constantly on? who knows, but happy they seem to be on the way? Hope they contain more bloopers!

yeah i agree with you Frane cause i've been looking forward to
getting season's 2 and 3 i loved watching season 1 cause
there's some real Groovy episodes on season 1
